Beautiful first photos from the newly refurbished Kwame Nkrumah Museum

The first memorial park in Ghana, honoring Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, the country’s first president, was closed in May 2022 for renovations.
In Accra’s former British colonial polo fields, a park was established in 1992 as a memorial to Dr. Nkrumah.
The late former president’s and his late wife Fathia Nkrumah’s corpses were kept here, and the area has long been a popular tourist destination.
The project was finished a year and a month ago and is being officially opened by Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, the president, today, Tuesday, July 4, 2023.

Danquah), Emmanuel Obetsebi-Lamptey, and William Ofori Atta.
Other highly intriguing items include, among other things, pictures of Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, the presidential vehicles he drove, the coffin used for his burial, and the bed he used to sleep on.
