National Organiser of NPP renders apology to Team Alan Kyeremanteng For Assin Breku Rally Mishap

The National Organiser of the New Patriotic Party, Henry Nana Boakye aka Nana B has rendered an unqualified apology to Hon Alan Kwadwo Kyeremanteng, an NPP Flagbearer hopeful and his team.
The apology displayed on his Facebook wall explains that “during the final rally, which was held in Assin Breku Methodist Park, to climax our campaign ahead of the Assin North by- election. The Vice President of the Republic, H.E Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia had to be ushered onto the dais before the President of the Republic, could take his seat at the rally as protocol demands”.
The statements adds “Unfortunately, the Vice President arrived at the time Hon. Alan John Kwadwo Kyerematen was speaking at the rally causing an abrupt interruption in Hon. Kyeremanteng’s address”.
“As National Organiser, I take full responsibility for this unfortunate lapse, and in all humility, I apologize unreservedly to Hon. Alan Kwadwo Kyeremanteng and his team for this incident”, the statement affirmed.

This statement from the National Organiser of the New Patriotic Party should halt all allegations that purports to suggest that such an incident occurred deliberately.
Nana ‘B’ as he is affectionately called has demonstrated sterling leadership by rendering this apology. Such conciliatory gestures builds party cohesion and douses internecine squabbles going forward and puts the party in the best shape for the 2024 elections.
The statement continues that “I would, however, state unequivocally that the incident was purely as a result of a communication glitch. It was not intentional and could never be a deliberate attempt to spite Hon. Alan Kyeremanteng as speculated in some circles”.
Further, “Stringent measures will be instituted to avoid a reoccurrence of this unfortunate lapse in the future”.
In conclusion it adds, “the cohesion and unity of our party is very critical in these times, and I am committed to ensuring that we do everything possible to maintain the harmony and cohesion of our party ahead of the 2024 elections”.
