Photos of the Police Officer who was shot dead in the Bullion Van robbery at Ablekuma surfaces
Yesterday morning, an Accra neighborhood called Ablekuma Fanmilk witnessed a daylight robbery that claimed the life of a police officer who was protecting a Bullion Van.
According to reports, the incident happened when the bullion van pulled over at a petrol station, maybe to buy fuel.
Shortly after leaving the fueling station, the robbers allegedly attacked the truck with the license plate GT 1254-10.
Several bystanders were seen assisting the fatally wounded cop out of the van in videos taken after the incident that have gone viral on social media, however the officer subsequently passed away at the site.
According to his name tag, the policeman was just known as Amoah. However, the truck’s driver managed to flee the assault unharmed.
