Sonto 1 Foundation donates to Dzorwulu Special School
Sonto 1 Foundation, a Non-Governmental Organization, has made a donation to Dzorwulu Special School in the Greater Accra Region.

Sonto 1 Foundation, a Non-Governmental Organization, has put joy on the faces of children at the Dzorwulu Special School with their donation.
Groceries, toiletries, cooking oil, boxes of bottled water, drinks, bags of rice, detergents, wipes, tissues, sugar, garments, beverages, toiletries, corn dough, yams, boxer shorts, and underwear were among the items donated.
Mr. Frederick Tetteh, the principal of Dworwulu Special School, accepted the gifts on behalf of the school and the pupils.
He expressed his gratitude to the Sonto 1 Foundation for their unwavering support during these difficult times, and he invited individuals and donations to come and help the school, emphasizing that, while the school is a government institution, the government cannot satisfy all of its requirements.

He stated that children were the future and that any assistance in their growth was a step in the right direction.
According to him, such children require extra care and attention from their teachers, as well as direction, in order to remain calm.
Speaking with some of the special kids, they stated that just because they are impaired does not imply they cannot contribute to society as a whole.
“My disability has enabled me to participate in sporting activities outside the country, and I am a very good sportsman. Don’t look down on special children, we have many potentials that can take us far’ he said.
Mrs. Sandra Akua Koranteng, widely known as Akua Sonto, the host of the Sonto Show and the Chief Executive Officer of Sonto 1 Foundation, said one of the foundation’s key goals as providing assistance to abandoned and vulnerable children.
She, therefore, promised to continue to support the socially disadvantaged and provide them with the necessary support to enable them to live happily.
Finally, she thanked her prime sponsor, Mr. George Asiedu, for his support in helping the needy.
