Wizkid sets to introduce a jewelry collection in Africa
Grammy-winning Nigerian Afrobeats musician Wizkid, real name Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, has revealed plans to launch a jewelry brand.
The singer said this during an episode of the Shopsydoo Adesope-hosted Afrobeats audiovisual podcast.
During the conversation, Wizkid, who was wearing a diamond neckpiece, revealed that it was the first of six pieces his jewelry line would be producing this year.
The Essence singer claimed to have created the item on his own and noted that it marked the launch of his jewelry brand.
